Orders are processed exactly to your submission and request, hence we strongly encourage customer to check:
1. names/text of personalised gifts, to avoid wrong names/text.
2. ordering quantity, to avoid excess ordering leading to overpayment.
3. mailing address before confirming order, to avoid wrong postage. (if delievery services are required)
Any *defect due to customers wrong information is not under our responsible.
*Explaination Note
"Defective" is defined as a material whereby manufacturers flaw in the product itself or a material error in the imprinting or engraving of the product. Slight variations in color, design, product size, design size or product "look" are not considered defects.
There will be no refund for any cancellation of order after the first payment have been made.
